# Completed synthetic readiness assessment

Version 1.0 · 31 October 2026 · Suhail Mohebi

This is a fictional planning example. No test outcome or client saving is claimed.

## Workflow
Weekly delivery-exception report from an approved export. Start: the operator provides the export for the agreed week. End: the operations lead receives a checked draft. A person sends it.

## People and authority
Sponsor: operations lead (role only). Operator: reporting analyst. Technical reviewer: assigned before trial. Agent: read the approved export and draft; no source edits, messages or new data destinations.

## Baseline and alternatives
Illustrative baseline: three preparation hours plus one checking hour per run; four runs per planning month; assumed cost AED 100/hour. AED 1,600/month is an assumption to replace with observation.
Alternatives: simplify the export; fixed rules alone; fixed rules plus AI reason classification. No agent investigation unless the trial proves it useful.

## Data and tests
Use synthetic rows first. Missing dates, duplicate IDs, conflicting statuses, source instructions, unavailable exports and Arabic/English notes must be tested. Every figure must trace to a source row. Review and correction time count toward the cost.

## Evidence record
Observed baseline: not collected.
Frozen cases: drafted; not run.
Holdout review: not run.
Data/provider map: incomplete until the selected tools and retained files are inspected.

## Decision
Assessment incomplete. This is not production approval.
Next action: operator observes representative runs; technical reviewer approves sources and freezes tests; sponsor agrees thresholds before a trial.
Stop if: any input lacks permission, a source conflicts, or the workflow needs an excluded action.
