What loads

The notebook is a static site. Essential page assets, navigation, search, and the content itself do not require an analytics account. Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics are optional measurement tools used to understand page usefulness and outbound journeys.

On a fresh visit, neither measurement tool is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. A small prompt asks whether you want to allow analytics. Choosing “Allow analytics” stores only that preference in local browser storage and then loads the measurement scripts. Choosing “Decline” stores the opposite preference and keeps them off.

What is shared

If you allow analytics, the site sends ordinary page and interaction events such as page views, section views, navigation, template downloads, and outbound destinations. Search text and form contents are not sent. Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the site configuration.

To change your choice, clear the suhail_analytics_consent entry for this site in your browser’s storage, then revisit any page. You can also use browser privacy controls or block third-party scripts; the site remains usable.
