The sprint is a paid decision system for one recurring operational workflow. It measures the current burden, separates AI-suitable steps from human judgment, tests the smallest useful proof with synthetic or expressly approved non-production data, and records what would have to be controlled before implementation.
A positive recommendation is not guaranteed. “Do not automate” is a valid completed outcome when the economics, evidence, data, authority or reversibility do not hold.
§1One workflow. One evidence-led decision.
The engagement stays deliberately narrow so the result can be measured and owned. There is no forced software, retainer or production build hidden behind discovery.
| Scope | Duration | Fixed fee | Handoff |
|---|---|---|---|
| One company · one team · one recurring workflow | 10 business days after approved inputs are ready | AED 18,000 paid before kickoff | Client-owned evidence, proof and decision pack |
Would a careful operator trust the evidence enough to proceed, proceed with constraints, or stop?
§2Measured economics, a thin proof and explicit controls.
The output is designed to survive after the presentation ends: traceable assumptions, frozen test cases, named decision owners and a manual path when the system should stop.
§3Five moves from current state to decision.
| Days | Move | Evidence produced |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Frame | Workflow boundary, sponsor/operator interviews, baseline and acceptance measures |
| 3–4 | Diagnose | Economics, alternatives, data, authority, provider and risk findings |
| 5–7 | Prove | Thin non-production proof, frozen cases, rubric, results and limitations |
| 8–9 | Control | Human gates, logs, spend limit, escalation, stop, fallback and rollback |
| 10 | Decide | Executive verdict, client-owned handoff and optional 90-day implementation scope |
01 / SOURCE TO PRODUCTION
§4Production is a verifiable state, not a deploy claim.
A responsive defect on my own professional site showed why “the build passed” is not operational proof. The issue appeared only when the display font fell back and rendered text exceeded a clipped ancestor. I traced the production source, repaired the smallest responsible layout boundary, tested the complete route set in Chromium and WebKit, deployed an immutable artifact, and compared the live files with the release.
The useful method was not the CSS fix; it was the chain from source custody to acceptance tests, deployment receipt and independently verified live state.
| Historical release evidence | Browser checks | File custody |
|---|---|---|
| 43 sitemap routes plus the 404 response | 616/616 checks in Chromium and 616/616 in WebKit | 171 deployed public files matched the verified artifact |
02 / DURABLE AGENT OPERATIONS
Install complete is not service healthy.
A live multi-profile AI-agent runtime needed a durable update without losing state or quietly breaking a communication path. I treated the work as a controlled change: inspect the real runtime, build from a clean source path, preserve configuration and persistent state, retain a verified rollback asset, and define acceptance before the swap.
Completion required health, process, transport, database, parity, restart and log evidence. The lesson was simple: an installed version is not an outcome; a recoverable service that behaves as approved is.
§5A proof does not inherit authority.
The sprint may prepare, extract, retrieve, compare, draft and evaluate. It does not silently gain the right to expose data, spend money, send a message, change a record or make a consequential final decision.
| Included | Excluded |
|---|---|
| Synthetic or expressly approved non-production data | Production credentials, live deployment or unapproved providers |
| Evaluation cases, limitations and source-linked evidence | Guaranteed savings, accuracy, regulatory approval or business outcome |
| Named human approvals, escalation, logging and rollback | Automated trading, KYC/AML, credit, hiring or other consequential final decisions |
| A separately scoped implementation option when justified | Legal, regulatory, investment, tax, medical or compliance sign-off |
§6For a buyer with a real workflow and authority to act.
The strongest fit is a UAE founder, COO, operations leader or risk leader with a repeated workflow, visible delay or rework, an accountable sponsor, an available daily operator, enough examples to establish a baseline, and plausible budget to act if the evidence is positive.
It is not a fit for generic training, a free prototype, an unbounded production build, autonomous consequential decisions or a guaranteed ROI claim.
Thirty minutes about one workflow. No confidential data, credentials or live access required.
